A TTG-ready publisher (“TTG-RP”)
. . . is any publisher that has declared an openness to publishing videos that have been labeled TTG by the video creator.
The TTG-RP is under no obligation to publish TTG-labeled videos with any particular frequency.
How it works
Any entity can declare itself to be a TTG-RP by saying “We are a TTG-ready publisher” or something similarly clever.
That statement indicates that the specific publisher is willing to at least occasionally publish the TTG label with qualified videos...
. . . and to publish the name of the video creator who is making that guarantee (as well as any TTG-IC instances; see #3 here).
