“The TTG and the video creator’s name are placed in a description or caption by the TTG-qualified video.”

The “TTG” (or “TTG-IC”) and the video creator’s name can be in any font, any color, any size, and any location other than in the image area of the video segment that qualifies as TTG (as per V4).

Note that “inline” labeling can also be used to label videos that are TTG-qualified from beginning to end; see #2 on the Publishing page.
